To ensure the safety, health, and comfort of our residents and team, all applicants must:
Pass a criminal background check and drug test
Provide a negative TB test result
Hold or be willing to complete CPR and First Aid certification prior to employment
Have reliable transportation and a valid photo ID
Be able to safely lift 25–50 lbs and assist with daily resident care tasks
Communicate clearly in English (verbal and written) for accurate charting and teamwork
Maintain professionalism, personal hygiene, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Complete required AFC training modules and follow established care procedures
Contribute to a calm, respectful, and drama-free workplace where residents feel at home
