Built in 2011 with our community in mind, Pleasant Lake Lodge North was thoughtfully designed to feel like home while providing the safety, accessibility, and comfort our residents deserve. This spacious home offers both private and semi-private rooms, with an upper level on the ground level and a lower walk-out floor that opens to the beautiful wooded outdoor surroundings.

Every detail was built with purpose — wide hallways, generous doorways, handrails, and handicap-accessible showers ensure comfort and independence for all who live here. A whole-home generator provides peace of mind, and a monitored security system with 24/7 non-recording cameras in main living areas helps keep residents safe while respecting privacy.

Pleasant Lake Lodge North is ideal for individuals who are more independent and may be working toward transitioning back into the community. Our team focuses on helping residents build daily living skills and confidence through hands-on support and encouragement. For some, this home has become a place to rebuild stability and self-assurance before returning to independent living, and for others, it’s a long-term haven that offers structure and a sense of belonging.

The home features a large conference room where families can meet privately, care meetings can be held, and visiting doctors can see residents confidentially. We partner with a trusted pharmacy to manage all medication refills for convenience and safety; families or DPOAs who prefer a different pharmacy are welcome to coordinate their own refills and delivery.

Convenient public transportation stops at the property several times a day, allowing residents to maintain community connections and independence. Life at Pleasant Lake Lodge North is filled with comfort and joy — from home-cooked meals on our seven-week rotating menu to a calendar of yearly activities including Trunk-or-Treat, summer cookouts, bonfires, fall color tours, movie outings, local shopping trips, crafts, and cozy movie nights.
